Friction

Friction The force that two forces exert on each other when they rub together
Static Friction Friction that acts on objects that are not moving
Sliding Friction When two solid surfaces slide over each other
Rolling Friction When an object rolls over a surface
Fluid Friction When a solid object moves over a fluid
Gravity A force that pulls objects toward each other
Freefall When an object falls and the only force acting on it is gravity
Momentum The momentum of a moving object can be determined by multiplying its mass x velocity
Law of Conservation of Momentum The total momentum of any group of objects remain the same is conserved unless outside forces act on the object
Centripetal Force A force that causes an object to move in a circular path
