ABD/Pelvis I&P ABD. Assess Pelvis. Verbalize assessment of genitalia/perinium
Lower Extremities I&P and assess motor, sensory and distal circulatory function.
Upper Extremities I&P and assess motor, sensory and distal circulatory function.
Posterior thorax, lumbar and buttocks I&P posterior thorax. I&P posterior lumbar and buttocks
