Williams Syndrome absence of material on the 7th pair of chromosomes
phenylketonuria --PKU cannot convert phenylalanine to tyrosine---- need a special diet
microcephalus head abnormally small and conic in shape
hydrocephalus fluid inside or outside of the brain
fetal alcohol spectrum disorder-- FASD born to women that have consumed large amounts of alcohol
Rubella ( German measles) can cause blindness and mental impairment
