How was the Age of Exploration good? Some explorers discovered land. They found the Spice Islands. They made new discoveries like tobacco, spices, sugar, rice, cotton and other crops. New colonies developed.
How was the Age of Exploration bad? There were often shipwrecks. Some were forced into slavery. Diseases spread rapidly. Many died.
