¿Dónde viven ustedes? Where do you all live?
Vivimos en un apartamento pequeño. Está en un edificio de diez pisos. We live in a small apartment. It is in a 10 story building.
¿Cómo es tu casa? What is your house like?
Mi casa es bastante grande. Tiene cuatro habitaciones, y un patio y jardín muy bonitos. It's quite large. It has four bedrooms and a very pretty patio and garden.
¿Qué te parece tener que ayudar en casa? What do you think about having to help out at home?
A veces tengo que cuidar a mis hermanos, per me parece bien. No es gran cosa. Sometimes I have to take care of my siblings, but it's alright with me. It's no big deal.
A mí siempre me toca pasar la aspiradora en la sala. ¡Qué lata! I always have to vacuum the living room. What a pain!
¿Qué te toca hacer a ti? What do you have to do?
A menudo tengo que arreglar mi cuarto. I often have to pick up my room.
¿Y tu hermano/a? And your brother/sister?
Nunca le toca lavar los platos. Me parece injusto. He/she never has to do the dishes. It doesn't seem fair.
