TermDefinition
Natural numbers A natural number is a positive whole number not including zero
Factors factors are numbers that divide evenly into another example: 20=1,2,4,5,10,20.
Divisors A divisor is a number that divides in evenly. A set of divisors is the group of numbers that divide into a number
Prime numbers A prime number is any number that only has one and itself as a divisor example:2,3,5,7,11,13.
Prime numbers Expressing a number as a product of prime numbers example: Prime factors of 12 are: 1x12,2x6,3x4
