Medieval Legends: King Arthur & Robin Hood

bravest To be the most brave.
knight A man in the Middle Ages who owned land and was a brave soldier for a king.
Lancelot One of King Arthur's brave knights. He was in love with the Queen and Arthur's wife, Guinevere
trusted To have believed in someone to be truthful. A past tense word.
queen The wife of a king. A female ruler of a kingdom.
Guinevere The queen and wife of King Arthur in Medieval legend.
Arthur The famous king from Medieval legend.
enemies People who hate others and want to destroy them.
Mordred King Arthur's nephew who wanted to destroy him and be king.
destroy To defeat or ruin something with force.
flash To move or pass very quickly.
arrow A projectile weapon used with a bow.
caught Captured or trapped by someone or something.
against To go in the opposite way to something else.
sword A sharp weapon usually made from steel.
burst To break open suddenly.
Robin Hood A hero from Medieval legend.
Guy The nephew of the Sherrif of Nottingham. The Chief Guard.
sherrif The man in charge of collecting taxes and protecting villages in Medieval times.
steal To take something that belongs to someone else.
