Adding Integers If the signs are the same find the sum, if the signs are different find the difference. Then take the sign of the highest absolute value

Adding Fractions Find the common denominator by using the LCM. What you do to the bottom you have to do to the top. After that, add the numerators straight across, and keep the denominators the same
