Motor Vehicle Self -propelled vehicle for use on a highway, a trailer or semitrailer designed for use with a self-propelled vehicle, or a vehicle propelled by electric power from overhead wires and not operated on rails.
Passenger Car Motor vehicle, other than a motorcycle, used to transport persons and designed to accommodate 10 or fewer passengers, including the operator.
Bicycle Device that a person may ride and that is propelled by human power and has two tandem wheels at least one of which is more than 14 inches in diameter.
Electric Bicycle Bicycle designed to be propelled by electric motor, exclusively or in combination with application of human power; cannot attain a speed of more than 20 mph without the application of human power; and does not exceed 100 pounds
Bus Motor vehicle used to transport persons and designed to accommodatejmore than 10 passengers, including the operator, or moter vehicle, other than taxicab, designed to transport persons for compensation.
Farm Tractor Motor vehicle designed and used as a farm implement to draw an implement of husbandry, including a plow or a mowing machine.
Implement of Husbandry Vehicle other than a passenger car or truck, that is designed and adapted for use as a farm implement, machinery, or tool for tilling the soil.
Light Truck Truck, including pickup truck, panel delivery truck, or carryall truck, that has a manufacturer's rated carrying capacity of 2,000 pounds or less.
Instructional License 15-18 years. Passed classroom and all phases except driving
Hardship License 15 and older. For economic hardship, Illness of family member, Educational need. Course and exam required.
Restricted M License Not more than 250 CC 15-18yrs Completed training course, may remove 250 CC on 16th BD
Moped License Written (no driving) test, 2 HP or less, 15 yrs or older, no more than 30mph, no gears
Class A License GVW 26,001 lbs or Combo Vehicles w/gross comb wt. 26,001 or more if gross wt any towed vehicle is less than 10,000 lbs

Dump & Dispose Discharge, deposit, inject, spill, leak or place littr on or into land or water
Illegal Dumping disposes, allows or permits the disposal of litter at a place that is not approved solid site within 399' of HWY or ROW, public/private
Class C Misdemeanor - dumping less than 5 lbs or has volume of less than or equal to 5 gallons
Class B Misdemeanor - dumping greater than 5 lbs but less than 500 lbs has a volume of greater than 5 gallons but less than 500 gallons
Class A Misdemeanor greater than 500 lbs or less than 1,000 lbs or Commercial greater than 5 lbs, but greater than 200 lbs volume or greater than 5 gallons, but less than 200 cubic feet
State Jail Felony greater than 1000 lbs or greater than 200 cubic feet or commercial greater than 200 lbs volume or greater than 200 cubic feet or is contained in a closed barrel or drum
Duty to display lights shall display - at night or atmospheric condition at distance of 1000- not more than 4 lighted at one time - 300 candlepower
Rear reflectors Red - height 15-60"

Multifunction School Activity Bus alternately flashing red lights; movable stop arms; transport other than to and from school; equiped with CD, DVD, navigations, etc
Pole Trailer Vehicle without motive power; to be drawn by another vehicle; secured by pole, reach, boom; for long or irregularly shaped load
Truck tractor/Road tractor designed to draw another vehicle; not constructed to carry a load
Semi-trailer designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle; transport persons or property; vehicles weight and load rest on or is carried by another
Trailer designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle; to transport persons or property; no part of vehicle's weight rests on the motor vehicle
Electric Bicycle bicycle with electric motor can be used in combination with human power; no more than 20 mph without human power; weight not over 100 lbs
Person Individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation
