How does the application of two neurotransmitters, glutamate and GABA, change the activity of the Neuron? GABA is present in high enough concentration to override the effects of glutamate
Do all neurotransmitters affect a neuron in the same way? No, they have opposite effects on the neurons activity

Meningal layer? Outer covening of the brain (outside brain) folds inwards in several areas.
