Verbs that are irregular in the yo form in the present tense use: The stem of the yo form to form the present subjunctive. Also, drop the final -o from the yo form and add the opposite endings. AKA, add an ending that starts with -a for the -er and -r verbs

Note About What The Present Subjunctive Allows You To Do: This allows you to let people know about your hopes, desires, dreams, and opinions. This also gives you the ability to give advice, and insist on what you want or demand in life.
Note About When To Use The Present Subjunctive: The sentence contains a main (or independent) clause, a group of words containing a subject and a verb that can stand alone as a sentence, and a subordinate (or dependent) clause: a group of words containing a subject and a verb that can't stand alone.
Note About The Main Clause In The Present Subjunctive: It shows wishing, wanting, emotion, doubt, need, necessity, feelings, speculations, or opinion.
Note About Que In The Present Subjunctive: It joins the main clause to the dependent clause which contains a verb in the subjunctive
Es improbable que yo salga esta noche. It is improbable that I'll go out tonight.
No es extraño que él haga eso. It is not strange that he's doing that.
La profesora de español quiere que los estudiantes no hablen inglés en clase. The Spanish teacher doesn't want the students to speak English in class.
El gerente insiste en que los empleados trabajen el sábado. The manager insists that the workers work on Saturday.
Note About How An Impersonal Expression That Acts As: The main clause of a sentence is joined to the thoughts you want to relate by que, "that"
Note About When You Want To Express Wishing, Uncertainity, Need, Emotion, Etc You need to use the subjunctive in the dependent clause that follows.
