Supplementary Two angles that equal 180 degrees
Complementary Two angles that equal 90 degrees
Adjacent Two angles that are next to each other
Acute Angle An angle that is less than 90 degrees
Obtuse Angel An angle that is more than 90 degrees but less than 180 degrees
Straight Angle An angle that equals 180 degrees
Interior Angles The angles that are inside the of the parallel lines
Exterior Angels The angles that are outside the of the parallel lines
Corresponding Angles The angles that are in the same position on the two lines in relation to the transversal.
Transversal A line that intersects two or more lines
Alternate Interior Angles Angles that lie on the opposite sides of the transversal that are on the interior.
Alternate Exterior Angles Angles that lie on the opposite sides of the transversal that are on the exterior.
Parallel Lines Lines that lay on the same plane but never intersect
Perpendicular Lines that lay on the same plane that intersect and make a right angel
