How do the citizens feel about the feud? They are not on either side

Who is Benvolio? Montagues nephew
What adjective does Benvolio use to describe Tybalt? Hothead
What do we learn about Romeo and his behavior from Benvolio and Montague? He was taking a walk alone in the woods, he was trying to avoid Benvolio is always sad and will not open up to anyone, and he keeps himself away from others. Artificial
Why is Romeo so sad? He is in love with someone who does not love him back (Rosaline)
What advice does Benvolio give to Romeo? To stop thinking of the girl he is in love with, move on find someone else
What information do we get about Juliet from the conversation between Capulet and the Count Paris? She is only 14, her father does not want her to marry so young, Count Paris Wants to marry her Capulet, has many hopes for Juliet, perhaps she is the only child left
What task does Capulet give to the servant? Find the people on his list and find them and invite them to dinner
Why is the servant not able to complete the task? he cannot complete this because he cannot read
What does the servant ask of Romeo? To read the words on the list
What advice does Benvolio give Romeo when the servant includes Romeo in the invitation To go to the party to take his mind off this other girl (Rosaline)
What purpose does Romeo have in agreeing to go to the feast? So he can see the women that he loves

What was Romeo's dream? Being with another women
What happens to Romeo near the beginning of the scene? He notices a beautiful girl

What does Capulet have to say about the Romeo situation? He is well behaved, so let him stay
What does Capulet say about Tybalt? That he is not the boss and to calm down
