How does Mrs. Popper feel about penguins? She thinks their dirty and heathens (uncivilized).

What noise did Mr. Popper hear from the package? He heard an ork

What did Mr. Popper name the penguin? Captain Cook
What did Captain Cook do with the Popper's goldfish? He ate the goldfish
Where did the penguin decide to hide? In the icebox.
What does Mrs. Popper suggest they feed him? seafood
What do the penguins make their nest out of? Pebbles and stones
What did Mr. Popper want to put on the inside of the refrigerator? A handle
How did the service man feel about putting holes in the refrigerator? He thought Mr. Popper was crazy
What did the service man do when he saw the penguin? He ran away
Who came to the back door? A policeman and the service man
Why did Mr. Popper call the City Hall? To get a license for the penguin
Explain what happened when Mr. Popper called City Hall to ask for a license for his penguins. City hall did not understand Mr. Popper. They thought his name was Topper or Potter. They thought he was human or a car.
