data (noun) another word for information or facts For research projects in school, we have to collect lots of data.
statistics (noun) facts involving numbers There are lots of statistics on sports today, since everything is a competition.
pressure (noun) strong persuasive influence Luz's dad puts a lot of pressure on her to do well in sports.
