Do you think the stand at the Alamo helped the cause of Texas independence even though it was a defarte for the Texans? Yes i do think that the Alamo helped to get people fired up about their next battle and wanting to defeate the Mexicans.
Did history take a diffrent course because of the decision to defend the Alamo? Explain. I think history did take a different course for two reasons. First, the Texans gained encouragement to fight harder. Secondly the Mexicans got too confident and let their guard down.
