Pregnancy The development of one or more fetus in a women's uterus.
Stillbirth When the fetus dies in the women's uterus.
Smoking When a substance is burnt and the smoke is breathed in and inhaled.
Low Birth Weight When a new born infant's birth weight is less then 2,500 g (5 pounds 8 ounces).
Pre-term Delivery When a baby is less then 37 gestational age and referred to a "preemie".
Cessation The process of ending or being brought to an end.
Fetal Growth The fetus' growth while developing in the women's uterus.
Small for Gestational Age When babies are smaller in size than normal for gestational age.
Prevention When stopping something from happening.
Mortality The state of death.
Nutrition The process of providing the proper food for health.
Malnutrition Condition when not eating the right food and causing health problems.
Vitamin A Helps maintain healthy vital organs and strengthens the immune system.
Iodine The chemical element of an atomic number and creates thyroid hormone.
Iron A component in a diet and helps with cell growth and differentiation.
Sleep Disturbance When sleeping and something disturbs the sleep pattern and wakes the person up.
Tobacco A plant with nicotine in the genes, which people smoke or chew.
Cigarette A thin cylinder of tobacco rolled in paper to smoke.
Testicular cancer A growth that arises from a glandular cell in the testis.
Perinatal Death Death of a fetus or neonate.
