Shampoo and Condition Hair

| What is Contact Dermatitis? | Inflamation of the skin, which may appear as red sore skin, splitting and weeping of the skin. |
| How can you avoid dermatitis? | Dry hands thoroughly after shampooing and conditioning. You could also wear gloves to avoid. |
| State the direction in which the hair cuticle lies and outline its importance when disentangling wet hair. | The cuticle scales overlap and should lay flat from root to point. Disentangle wet hair using a wide tooth and work from points to roots. |
