What are the three different types of disability? non-disablity, temporary disability, permanent disability
what is non-disability? when the patient is treated and able to return back to work
what is temporary disability? when the patient has injury/surgery that requires recuperation
what is permanent disability? when the patient cannot return to their job

What is a dirty claim? claims that have mistakes on it, or something has been omitted
What do workers comp claims require that doctors document? date the accident happened, how it happened, where it happened
When does the cycle of insurance start? when verifying the insurance before the patient sees the doctor
