what kind of wave is a sound wave? A longitudinal wave
what are sound waves caused by? vibrating objects
when does sound travel its fastest? faster in solids than in liquids faster in liquids than in solids
what are echoes? reflected sound waves
what happens if you have high frequency sound waves? it sounds high pitched
what happens if you have low frequency sound waves? it sounds low pitched
high frequency also means... shorter wavelength
the bigger the amplitude... the louder the sound
