RI.4.5 Text Structure

QuestionAnswer
text structure The way an author chooses to organize information
chronology Arranged in order of time of occurrence. First, second, third – next, last

cause/effect A relationship between actions or events where something causes something to happen.
problem/solution A structure authors use to organize informational text – presents a problem, and ways to solve it.
