Industrial Revolution started a shift from hand made goods to mass-produced manufactured goods
Tariff of 1816 places a 25% tax on most imported goods
Panic of 1819 multiple bank failures due to poor credit and lending practices in the 1830's
Interchangeable Parts made the manufacturing of firearms much easier
