| NONFICTION | is writing that is based on fact and tells about actual people, places, and events |

| BOIGRAPHY | is a book about the life of another person |
| ESSAY | presents the ideas of the author with the purpose of making the maing the =reader considering the topic. |

| PLOT | is the pattern of events in a story |
| INTRODUCTION | is the opening of a story where the author describes the setting introduces the characters and reveals the conflict |

| RESOLUTION | is the final event of a plot |
