| Neologism | A new word, expression, or usage |
| Parlance | A particular manner of speaking |
| Patois | A regional dialect, especially a nonstandard one that has no written tradition |
| Polyglot | Using several languages, a person who speaks several languages |
| Vulgar | Of or related to the language of the common people; crude or indecent; offensively excessive in the display of one's self or one's wealth |
| Contingent | Conditional; dependent on other things; a representative group forming part of a larger group |
| Eventuality | Something that may occur; a possibility |
| Implausible | Difficult to believe; not likely or credible |
| Inconceivable | Impossible to comprehend or fully grasp; so unlikely as to be thought impossible; unimaginable |
