| Stock | the shares of a particular company or corporation. |
| Incorporate | a way to organize a business |
| Share (noun) | one of the equal fractional parts into which the capital stock of a joint-stock company or a corporation is divided. |
| Stock Market | a particular market where stocks and bonds are traded; stock exchange. |
| Stock Exchange | a building or place where stocks and other securities are bought and sold. |
| Trade | a purchase or sale; business deal or transaction. |
| License | formal permission from a governmental or other constituted authority to do something, as to carry on some business or profession. |
| Index | a grouping of representative stocks |
| Gamble | to stake or risk money, or anything of value, on the outcome of something involving chance |
| Stock Ticker | the abreveation for a company's name |
| Bull Market | A market, especially a stock market, characterized by rising prices; the opposite of a bear market. |
| Spread | the difference between the bid and the ask price |
| Ask Price | The lowest price seller is willing to accept for a particular stock |
| Spilt | a technique by which a company increases the amount of shares its offering and decreases the price by the same factor |
| Shareholder | a holder or owner of shares, especially in a company or corporation. |
| Invest | to put (money) to use, by purchase or expenditure, in something offering potential profitable returns, as interest, income, or appreciation in value. |
| Asset | a single item of ownership having exchange value |
| Buy Low, Sell High | When you buy a share of a company's stock for a low price. Than when the company grows you can sell your share for a higher price. |
| Investor | Someone who invests in a company |
| Stock Broker | Someone who buys and sells stock for their customer |
| Commision | The part of the sales price that stockbrokers get |
| Gauge | to measure the value of something |
| Predict | to guess what will happen next |
| Bear Markt | when the prices of stocks are going down |
| Bid | to offer as the price one will pay or charge |
| Tick | the change in a stock's value during a given trading day |
| Volume | the number of shares of a particular stock traded in one day |
| Option | an opportunity to buy a certain amount of stock, at a certain price, o or before a certain date |
