| eulogy | (n) a speech or piece of writing that praises someone or something very highly, especially a tribute to somebody who has recently died |

| monologue | (n) a long passage in a play or motion picture spoken by one actor |
| obloquy | (n) critical dialogue; state of being spoken ill of; bad reputation |
| ventriloquist | (n) a person who can speak or utter sounds so that they seem to come from somewhere else, especially an entertainer who makes his/her voice appear to come from a dummy, person, or animal |
