Hace (time period) + que + (preterite verb) How long ago you did something.
Hace uno mes que visité de la playa. I visited the beach one month ago.
Hace dos días que bebió de vino. She drunk wine two days ago.
Hace una semana que habaste con su novio. You talked with your boyfriend a week ago.
