Spanish - food service

You know how to make it. Tu sabes hacerlo.
olive oil aceite de oliva
chopped onions cebolla picada
sliced carrots zanahorias cortadas
chopped celery apio picado
Turn on the stove. Encienda la estufa.
Put the olive oil in the pan. Ponga el aceite de oliva en la olla.
Add the seasonings. Anada el sazones. (On-yada)
Add the onion, celery, & carrots. Anada la cebolla, el apio, y las zanahorias. (On-yada)
Put in the blender. Ponga en la batidora.

And stir it to chill it. Y muevalo para enfriarlo.

and simmer y cocinar a fuego lento
until the pineapple is soft hasta que la pina suavice (peen-ya)
Raise the heat & cook until thick & browned. Subir la llama y cocinar hasta espesar y dorar.
Pour over the base of the cake and bake. Verter sobre la base del pastel y hornear.
Cover with whipped cream & serve immediately. Cubrir con crema batida y servir de inmediato.
