Continuity The smooth integration of regular teaching and treatment services and crisis prevention strategies, resulting in the lowest level of crisis management
Balance The equal mastery of all PCM crisis management skills (prevention strategies, de-escalation strategies, crisis intervention, post-crisis strategies), resulting in the lowest level of crisis management
Examination First written, then practical. Send everyone out, bring 3 of them in, 3 at a time, send out, bring next 3 in
"Failed" Status You must take entire course again, below 60% on written exam
"Re-trainable" Status You can get certified w/ additional 3 hrs of training. 60% - 79%, missed critical item(s), failed practical
