department (de-part-ment) A part of a store, hospital, university, etc., that has a particular function or purpose.
obtain (ob-tain) To get or be given something.
family (fam-i-ly) A group of people related to one another, especially parents or guardians and their children.
hungry (hun-gry) Wanting food.
husband (hus-band) A man who is married.
amount (a-mount) The amount of something is how much of it there is.
