Electrical power the rate at which electric energy is transferred by an electric circuit.
joule symbol J, is a derived unit of energy
circuit junction The place were pathways separate or join in parallel circuit. the sum of the currents. must equal that which flows out of it.
kilowatt hour The product of kilowatts of power in kilowatts and time in hours.KW H = 1.0 KW x 1 hour.
parallel circuit a looping circuit that has more than one way for energy to flow.
power is defined as the rate of change in energy. Also the rate of work is done.
power rating a measurement of how much electric energy an electrical device consumes per second
series ciruciut A circuit that only has one path to travel.
watt energy transformed in one second. symbol is W
