Arbitrary -(adj) subject to individual will or judgment without restriction; contingent solely upon one's discretion
Enigma - (n) a puzzling or inexplicable occurrence or situation
Discern - (v) to perceive by the sight or some other sense or by the intellect; see, recognize, or apprehend
Authoritarian - (adj) favoring complete obedience or subjection to authority as opposed to individual freedom
Pragmatic - (adj) of or pertaining to a practical point of view or practical considerations.
Facilitate - (v) to make easier or less difficult; help forward (an action, a process, etc.
Irrational - (adj) without the faculty of reason; deprived of reason.
Extol - (v) to praise highly; laud; eulogize
Euphony - (n) agreeableness of sound; pleasing effect to the ear, especially a pleasant sounding or harmonious combination or succession of words
Insipid - (adj) without distinctive, interesting, or stimulating qualities; vapid
Austere - (adj) severe in manner or appearance; uncompromising; strict; forbidding
Solicit - (v) to seek for (something) by entreaty, earnest or respectful request, formal application, etc.
