Solving Systems Graphically and Algebraically

TermDefinition
Systems Two or more linear equations joined together.
Solution Any ordered pair in a system that makes all the equations true.
No Solution No ordered pair makes all the equations true, graph is parallel lines.
Infinitely Many Solutions Every ordered pair on the line makes all the equations true, producing the graph of one line.
Substitution Method Replacing one variable with an equivalent expression containing the other variable.
