TermDefinition
Statistical question Produce answers that vary from person to person
Varability Refers to how many different answers in stats questions
Distribution Is the collection of all the values for the possible questions
Category Graphed by bar chart
Numerical Graphed by dot plots
Bar chart Also used to graph categoric data
Mode Value and data that occurs most often
Dot plot To graph numerical data
Stem plot Displays data that is organized by place value
Uniform data Values of variability occurs approximately the same number of times
Skewed data When one side is longer than the other side
