Rules for describing and more possessive adj

Describing adjectives are used with this verb Ser -
I am Yo Soy
You are Tu eres
He/ she is El/ella/Ud es
We are Nosotros/Nosotras somos
They are Ellos/ Ellas/ Uds Son
Adjectives must agree in two ways with their nouns or pronouns Agree in gender and number
John is tall and Mary is tall. John es alto y Mary es alta.
They are nice(a group of girls) Ellas son simpaticas.
They are nice (a group of boys) Ellos son simpaticos.
If the adjective ends in -e what should you do? Ex: Inteligente It can be either Masc or Fem, only add -s for plural
If an adjective ends in-or what should you do? Ex: Trabajador (hard-working) Add -a to make it Fem. Ex: Trabajadora
Where does the describing word or nationality go in the sentence? EX: The pretty girl after the noun it is describing. EX: la nina bonita
Where do Adjectives that tell "whose" or "number" go in the sentence? EX Three books or my books before the noun Ex: tres libros or mis libros
Possessive Adjective have to agree in what two ways with the noun they describe? Number and gender
My book mi libro
my books mis libros
your sisters tus hermanas
our family nuestra familia (because family is La familia - fem)
our uncle nuestro tio (because uncle is el tio, masc)
our uncles nuestros tios (because uncle is mas and plural)
his brothers sus hermanos (because brothers is plural)
