Polygon A closed two-dimensional shape with all straight sides
Regular Polygon A two-dimensional shape that has equal sides and equal angles
Convex Polygon A two-dimensional shape that does not have an interior angle greater than 180 degrees.
Concave Polygon A two-dimensional shape that does have an interior angle greater than 180 degrees.
Simple Polygon A two-dimensional shape that only have one boundary and does not cross over itself
Complex Polygon A two-dimensional shape that intersects itself.
Irregular Polygon A two-dimensional shape that does not contain equal sides and equal angles.
Triangle A two-dimensional shape that has three sides.
Quadrilateral A two-dimensional shape that has four sides.
Pentagon A two-dimensional shape that has five sides.
Hexagon A two-dimensional shape that has six sides.
Heptagon A two-dimensional shape that has seven sides.
Octagon A two-dimensional shape that has eight sides.
Nonagon A two-dimensional shape that has nine sides.
