blow off steam do or say something that helps you get rid of energy or strong feelings
restriction a rule or law that limits what a person can do or what is allowed to happen
discriminate treat one person or group differently from another, often in an unfair way
ban a rule or law that says people must not do something. Something that is banned in not allowed
claim state as a fact something that may or may not be true
adapt change your behavior or ideas because you are in a new situation
opportunity a chance to do something
values a person's beliefs about what is right and wrong or about what is important in life
