| Transfer | Transferring what an ad says and comparing it to real life situations. |
| Bandwagon Appeal | Everyone is doing it. Following the crowd. |

| False Dichotomy | False Dilemma. Either or. Love it or List it. Either or. Love it or Leave it. |
| Non-Sequitor | Doesn't Follow. 2 things that have no relation but are compared or used for reason. |
| Connotation | Emotions you connect to a word |
| Denotation | Actual definition of the word |
| Misleading Quotations | Quoting Others Out of Context |
| Ad Hominem | Low blowing a person during an argument instead of focusing on the problem itself |
| Red Herring | a logical fallacy in which a clue or piece of information is or is intended to be misleading, or distracting from the actual question. |
| Straw Man | misrepresentation of an opponent's position. Getting a bad grade but you try to change the subject to a class you pasted. |
| Hasty Generalizations | essentially making a hasty conclusion without considering all of the variables |
| Stereotype | To assume a person is a certain way and category |
| False Analogy | A untrue comparison |
| Post Hoc | 7 Years bad luck, for breaking a mirror. False cause. |
| Begging The Question | Presuming or making an assumption |
| Slippery Slope | give an inch they take a mile. |
| Misleading Statisics | Statistics that show misleading information |
