Area Space inside of a shape.
Perimeter Distance around a shape.
Diameter A segment that passes through the center of the circle and whose endpoints are on the circle.
circumfrence The distance around the circle(perimeter of the circle.)
radius A segment whose endpoints are the center of the circle and a point on the circle(half the measure of the diameter.)
pre-image Original figure in a transformation(starting figure.)
transformation A change in the position, size or shape of a figure. (flip, turn, slide)
image The ending figure.
translation (slide) Tranformation is which all the points of a figure move in the same distance in the same direction.
rotation (turn) Transformation about a point.
reflection (flip) Transformation across a line.
