What is the most difficult aspect of discipline for you? | Prevent d.p. with a solid classroom management plan.I handle discipline problems in a calm manner and with consistency. I explain to the student(s) why their behavior is inappropriate and ask them to explain to me proper behavior in the classroom. |
| How would you handle a student who is a consistent behavioral problem? | Find the source of the negative behavior; establish goals to dissolve the unwanted behavior (behavior plan); provide specific consequences and rewards to the student's individual behavioral plan. |
