Big Idea: Structure and Function Each major grp of oranisms has evolved structures that make a particular functions possible.
Big Idea: Unity & Diversity of life All living things are fundamentally similar at the molecular level.
Big Idea: Independence in Nature All forms of life on Earth are connected into a biosphere - a living planet.
Big Idea: Science as a way of knowing -Not a list of facts. -Science is to : Observe, question, and experiment. -Good Science: Research finds rules, & patterns that can explain.
