Can an intern immunize? requirements? (immunization qualified and current CPR certification) and comfortable providing the service. The pharmacist supervising must also be immunization qualified and CP R updated
Can pharmacists immunize children? If at least 11 years old
Requirements to become PIC 1 year experience, or PIC training course within 30 days
If new PIC or stopping PIC, board notification requirements? How many pharmacies may you be PIC at? 15 dyas, 2, more if approval by board
