Motion test review

What is distance? "how much ground an object has covered" during its motion. The walking path.
What is speed? a ratio of distance to time; the formula is distance/time.
Given a distance of 63 m and a time of 3 sec calculate the speed. 21 m/s
What is a reference point? An object that is usually stationary (it can be moving) that helps show something else is moving.
Kinetic Energy Energy of motion
Potential Energy Energy of position or height
Where's the fastest speed on a hill? At the bottom of the hill
When a location has a high KE, it probably has this much PE. Low PE
