What do waves do? Transmit energy

What is frequency? Frequency is the number of waves that pass each second.
Frequency is measured in ...? Waves per second called Hertz, Hz
What are transverse waves? Transverse waves are vibrations at right angles to direction of travel
What are longitudinal waves? Longitudinal waves are vibrations in the same direction as the direction of travel
