| Correspondent | a person who says the news, he is usually reporting from another place |
| TV Studio | the place where the tv show is being recorded |
| Anchor | the main reporter of the news |
| Breaking News | very important news |
| TV Channel | "canal de TV" |
| News bulletin | a news program with the main stories of the day |
| Documentary | a tv show that shows and documents something real |
| Current Affairs Program | a program that discusses news that has recently occurred or i occurring |
| Report a study | to report the information of a study |
| Circulation | the number of newspapers sold [per day] |
| Tabloid | newspaper which focuses on sensationalist stores, celebrities and sports |
| Gossip Magazine | magazines devoted to the lives of celebrities |
| Nuclear power plant | a place where energy is produced by atoms |
| Terrorist attack | an attempt on a government, a attack, usually involving bombs |
| Tsunami/Tidal Wave | very big waves produced by earth tremors |
