Undergraduate A student at a college or university who has not yet earned a bachelor's or equivalent degree
Graduate Student A person who has successfully completed a course of study or training, esp. a person who has been awarded an undergraduate academic degree
Alumni A graduate or former student
Admission The process or fact of entering or being allowed to enter a place, organization, or institution
Bachelor's Degree An academic degree conferred on someone who has successfully completed undergraduate studies
Associate's Degree An associate's degree is an undergraduate academic degree awarded by community colleges, junior colleges, technical colleges
ACT A standardized test
SAT Test for college admission
Transcript A written or printed version of material originally presented in another medium
Financial Aid Money to support a worthy person or cause
Major Specialize in (a particular subject) at a college or university
Minor Lesser in importance, seriousness, or significance
Credits Amount of hours people need for college
Public College A public university is a university that is predominantly funded by public means through a national or subnational government
Private College Private schools, also known as independent schools, are not administered by local, state or national governments
