| Undergraduate | A student at a college or university who has not yet earned a bachelor's or equivalent degree |
| Graduate Student | A person who has successfully completed a course of study or training, esp. a person who has been awarded an undergraduate academic degree |
| Alumni | A graduate or former student |
| Admission | The process or fact of entering or being allowed to enter a place, organization, or institution |
| Bachelor's Degree | An academic degree conferred on someone who has successfully completed undergraduate studies |
| Associate's Degree | An associate's degree is an undergraduate academic degree awarded by community colleges, junior colleges, technical colleges |
| ACT | A standardized test |
| SAT | Test for college admission |
| Transcript | A written or printed version of material originally presented in another medium |
| Financial Aid | Money to support a worthy person or cause |
| Major | Specialize in (a particular subject) at a college or university |
| Minor | Lesser in importance, seriousness, or significance |
| Credits | Amount of hours people need for college |
| Public College | A public university is a university that is predominantly funded by public means through a national or subnational government |
| Private College | Private schools, also known as independent schools, are not administered by local, state or national governments |
