nearest centimeter rounding up or down to the nearest whole unit when measuring using the meteric system
foot (ft) or feet (ft) a U.S. Customary unit used to measure length that is equal to 12 inches
yard (yd) a U.S. Customary unit used to measure length equal to 3 feet
meter (m) a meteric unit used to measure length
