Positive Stress stress that helps you reach your goals.
Distress stress that prevents you from doing what you need to do, or stress that causes you discomfort.

Fight Or Flight the body's way of responding to stress.
Adrenaline a hormone that increases the level of sugar in the blood, giving your body extra energy.
Fatigue Tiredness.
Emotions feelings such as love, joy, or fear.
Mood Swings frequent changes in emotional state.
Mental and Emotional Disorders illnesses that affect a person's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Anxiety Disorder extreme fears of real or imaginary situations that get in the way of normal activities.
Mood Disorders a mental and emotional problem in which a person undergoes mood swings that seem extreme, inappropriate, or last a long time.
Post- traumatic Stress Disorders an anxiety disorder characterized by bad memories in reaction to events such as war, accident, or natural disaster.
Phobia an exaggerated or inappropriate fear of something specific such as spiders and tunnels
Depression a mood disorder in which a person feels a strong sense of hopelessness, helplessness, worthlessness, guilt, and extreme sadness.
Schizophrenia an incurable mental and emotional illness characterized by paranoia and hallucinations.
Panic Disorder an anxiety disorder by intense feelings of fear for a short time.
Bipolar Disorder a mood disorder involving extreme mood swings for no apparent reason.
Seasonal Affective Disorder a type of depression that occurs during the fall and winter months.
OCD an anxiety disorder characterized by unwanted thoughts that may not make sense.
