expirement

TermDefinition
Weight Is a mesure of the pull of gravity on an object.
Mass Is the amount of matter in a object.
Mesurment Describes a quanity such as time,lenth,distence,mass,volume, or tempature.
Expirement Is a test or trial that produces evidence you can use to help answer a question/hypothesis.
Data Collected information,the results of an expirement/investagation.
Quantitative data Data that includes numbers (with units) mesured during an expirement.
Qualitative data Data that include desciption of things you observe.
Hypothesis Is an idea that can be tested by an expirement.
Dependent variable The factor (thing) that is being mesured in an expiriment.
Independent variable Is the one factor (thing) that is changed during an expiriment.
Controlled variable Variable that stays the same during an experiment.
