experiment is a test or trial that produces evidence you can use to help answer a question/hypothesis

hypothesis is an idea that can be tested by an expirement
dependent variable the factor(thing) that is being observ and or measured in an expirement
independent variable is the one factor (thing) that is changed during an expirement
control variable varible that stays the same during an expirement
qualitative date data that includes descripetion of things you observe
